Our Terms

Editing: When JIWE edits scores, composers still keep the copyrights of the original score. However, JIWE is given the right to publish the score and the score can only be available through our website. It is possible to renegotiate for the score to be available on other sites too. If the score is written using other notation programs – the files should be sent to us as MusicXML file.

Transcription: If we engrave hand-written scores, the composer keeps the rights to the original scores, but shares the right to publish the computer-generated score with JIWE (on agreed terms).

Each service we provide is evaluated independently depending on the amount of time needed to make the project successful, hence, prices vary.
